Yes, however, you will need to devote 200 hours over 120 days to initially succeed. It is at least 2 hours a day after your certification to get launched.

Total hours per month is 16 hours for the first group, and each additional group thereafter is 10 hours a month.

Yes, the number of groups you can create is up to you with no additional charge. If you want to add an associate to run groups under you, you can add them as an Associate Licensed Partner for $5000 annually. They will also receive all the support and materials you do.
The time investment is 10 extra hours a month per additional group, which does NOT include all the business development efforts to start new groups.
Preparing for a PACE (peer advisory council experience- mock meeting) takes a few hours a day for prospecting and planning prior to the event.
The Process

The Licensing Agreement is sent for review. Once executed, we have an orientation meeting that plans your 120-day journey to get launched based on your own personal calendar and timing.
You will receive a LXCouncil binder with your 120 day plan, example member onboarding documents, welcome to LXCouncil materials and access to the private Circle community.

By following our 120-day launch plan, you will launch in 120 days, depending on when you start the Academy and it doesn’t span over multiple national holidays.

Some Licensed Partners take longer than 120 days because they have had a personal situation delay them, they started the Academy during the holidays or sometimes a temporary illness.
If delayed, that will not impact your success. You will get launched.

Yes, we do not have territories. The reason for no territories is due to our strategic partner concept that aligns your groups with a reputable firm with ideal clients like yours. Therefore, there is little to no crossover with anyone from LXCouncil in your area
We do not bring on a Licensed Partner in your area without consulting with the existing Licensed Partner in that same area. We encourage collaboration and support between all our Licensed Partners, so meeting potential candidates is important to ensuring this collaboration.
We also will not put multiple Licensed Partners in the same area if it would cause overlap.
The Model

There are no franchise fees, marketing fees, revenue sharing, long-term contractual obligations, territories, or dictated pricing or other “rules”
By being a licensed mode, we enable you to make decisions such as pricing, the types of groups, whether to meet virtually, in-person, or a hybrid model, or how large you want the group. We share best practices and our proven model with you to tweak to fit your individual needs. We have a set licensing price that does not fluctuate based on the number of members, unless you add an Associate Licensed Partner. There are no territories, and it's your brand front and center.

No. We give you the best practice methodology on what to charge and how to figure out your market-based pricing.

Yes, we encourage you to have your brand front and center and use LXCouncil as “Powered By”.
We do have branding guidelines, so there is uniformity in the marketplace.

You can terminate upon your one-year anniversary or if after a year, anytime. Upon termination, you must destroy or return any intellectual property and you are unable to use any of the proprietary methods.

No, but you do need business experience with P&L responsibilities. It is very helpful if you have been a peer group member in the past to be familiar with the power and benefits firsthand with peer groups.
